The key to this experience is a special bean from one of the beloved coffee producing nations in the world, Ethiopia. Our coffee
artisans recognized the special nature of natural process Ethiopian beans.  Unlike most other beans, natural process coffee is dried on raised platforms with the coffee berry fruit still on the bean. This unique approach to drying the beans magnifies the complexity, depth of flavor, and creates incomparable sweetness.
